Programmatic and template-based document generation
PL/PDF OffX combines the complete PL/PDF SDK with the Microsoft Word template engine. It supports both developer-controlled document generation from PL/SQL code and template-driven document creation based on layouts prepared in Microsoft Word.
OffX runs inside the Oracle environment, close to application data and business logic. No separate reporting server or Java application server is required.
Complete SDK included
Use the full PL/PDF programming API for precise document generation directly from PL/SQL. A separate SDK download or licence is not required.
Microsoft Word templates
Create and maintain document layouts in Microsoft Word using placeholders, repeating data sections, dynamic images and structured template content.
Oracle-native deployment

Choose PL/PDF OffX when you need the complete SDK together with Microsoft Word template-based document generation. Choose the standalone PL/PDF SDK only when all document layouts will be created programmatically and the Word template engine is not required.
